Kindertons Partnership

Airsports Insurance Bureau Limited (AIB) is delighted to announce teaming up with Kindertons Accident Management to deal with accident management cases for some of our motor insurance policyholders on a long-term arrangement.

Kindertons was established back in 1993 and has assisted in excess of one million motorists get up and running following a road traffic accident that they were not at fault for. It provides full coverage throughout the UK, including Northern Ireland, enabling them to give a speedy response to claimants.

Following an accident, Kindertons will arrange for an inspection of the vehicle to establish if it is repairable and provide an estimate of the cost. They have over 170 repairers in their network, offering coverage nationwide.  What’s more, all repairs undertaken by them are guaranteed for a period of three years or for the remaining period of the manufacturer’s warranty. In the event that the vehicle is considered not worth repairing, a settlement figure will be agreed with the client.

Kindertons were named as Finalists in the Best Customer Experience category at the Institute of Customer Service’s UK Customer Satisfaction Awards 2020 and have also been recently shortlisted for the Broker Partner of the Year Award at the upcoming British Insurance Awards 2020.

AIB Insurance Director Kirby De-Gray Birch commented: –

“We have known about Kindertons and the quality of their offering for some time through our relationship with Steve Horner, Sales Director at Blink Intermediary Solutions.

Steve has previously helped set up relationships with a variety of providers assisting when we have gaps or opportunities within our placement strategy, though the broad range of personal and commercial insurance products Blink Intermediary Solutions can provide access to.

When our existing Legal Expenses partnership came to an end they were the standout option”.

Christopher Dodgson, Senior Key Account Manager for Kindertons Accident Management commented: –

“Kindertons is delighted to become the new long-standing claims partner for AIB Insurance. With nearly 30 years’ experience in the motor claims arena and in particular, niche areas such as prestige vehicles, we feel we are the perfect fit for AIB going forward.

Although the current climate we find ourselves in is a challenge for all industries, we feel that long term this will be a fantastic partnership for both AIB and Kindertons.”

We look forward to enjoying a successful working relationship with Kindertons Accident Management that is mutually beneficial for all parties including our valued customers.

Blink Intermediary Solutions work with a variety of providers including insurers, MGAs, wholesale brokers and specialist suppliers, providing access to a wide range of personal and commercial insurance products and capacity solutions. They are not a network and there are no fees or commitments on their part for a broker to access the standard products they distribute.

They build real relationships, get to know the broker’s business, identify possible gaps and suggest potential solutions to fill them. They have developed a number of exclusive niche clubs and schemes with some of their providers, empowering a broker to write a specific class of business in accordance with clear scheme parameters.

They are also a division of a Lloyd’s broker enabling them to develop binders and capacity solutions for brokers that are looking for a truly bespoke solution offering greater in-house control.
